You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item, from the date you received it.
If payment has already been processed, you will have to pay a 15% cancellation fee on the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:
- Please notify us on the contact form (use the link above) whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Include your order number in the provided field of the contact form.
- Package your item(s) using a carrier of your choice, and include a receipt or proof of purchase with your item(s).
- Send your item(s) back to the address listed on the above contact page. You will have to pay for return shipping.
- If you want an exchange, please wait until we notify you that we have received your return, then place a new order.
That’s it! Your return or exchange will be processed within 1-2 business days, upon arrival.

Sale items can be refunded or exchanged, just like non-sale items. No worries.
Gift cards are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you asked for an exchange, we will exchange your item within 1-2 business days after we receive your original item(s).
This does include the shipping time for your exchange to reach you. Please read our Shipping Information.
After we notify you that we have received your return, please place a new order for your exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a shipping service with tracking.
We cannot be held responsible for items you send back to us that are lost in transit.
